We enjoyed its average restaurant.
This good business hotel was a right place for celebrating birthday. We booked master apartment with furniture other than the bed, the bedroom, TV. Everything seemed very good, clean and the staff were helpful and very very helpful people at the reception desk.

i booked a room with a large bed, a safe, a cable tv with on-demand movies, and a microwave oven. the atmosphere created was quiet.

Everything was simply very good. Clean hotel, truly enjoyed to be not far from Polanco and nearby environs as well as downtown Mexico City thanks to favourable and excellent location. The staff was helpful and very very helpful, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The location was perfect for me, very close to the convention center. The staff was exceptional, they really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I appreciated the room service, it was very convenient and the food was great. The spa and wellness center was very relaxing, I loved the sauna and jacuzzi. The sun terrace was also a great touch, it was nice to relax outside. the amenities were fantastic.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The service was good. My room was a nice size and absolutely brilliant with TV, windowless closet, a nice big kitchen as described. Everything was really good and the staff were really helpful and competent.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.
